TerraFund is managed out of Vancouver and is active in the BC, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario marketplace. We prefer projects located in or near major centers, but will consider loans in more remote areas. We have extensive experience in all types of real estate transactions including residential and commercial construction, land servicing and raw land acquisitions. |
| Our underwriting process focuses on the quality of the property financed, the track record of the borrower, appraised property valuation and the equity contributed by the borrower. TerraFund enjoys a flat management structure and we are able to turn loan requests around quickly for time sensitive closings. Our lean structure also allows us to price our loans competitively and provide creative solutions for difficult transactions. We have performed for our borrowers and brokers countless times and have developed strong relationships in the brokerage and development communities. |
