TerraFund is a Vancouver based company established in 1983. Originally, the firm’s core business was providing mortgage placement services for real estate developers and investors. In the early years, TerraFund was appointed the exclusive placement agent for a group of mortgage investment corporations. Initially, direct lending represented only a minor portion of our business. By achieving solid and consistent annual returns, our mortgage fund has grown significantly. Now direct lending is our core business.
